1. 主要性能和結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):

 

l 自動(dòng)包裝機(jī)可以在包裝過(guò)程中自動(dòng)完成計(jì)量、制袋、充填、封口、切斷、計(jì)數(shù)、批號(hào)等全部工作；

l 控制系統(tǒng)則自動(dòng)化匹配各動(dòng)作配合，改系統(tǒng)具有 確度高，調(diào)整制袋長(zhǎng)度簡(jiǎn)便，且準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤；

l 具有色標(biāo)控制系統(tǒng)，可獲得完整的商標(biāo)圖案；

l 無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)整速度與袋長(zhǎng)，包裝速度與制袋長(zhǎng)度可在額定范圍內(nèi)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)整，不需要更換零件；

l 設(shè)計(jì)采用獨(dú)特的嵌入式封口，加強(qiáng)型熱封機(jī)構(gòu)，智能型溫控儀溫度控制，具有良好的熱平衡適應(yīng)各種的包裝材料，性能好、噪音低、封口紋路清晰、密封性強(qiáng)；

l 此設(shè)備下料方式為片劑偏心軸數(shù)粒；

l 設(shè)備封口形式為三邊封網(wǎng)紋封口帶易撕口；

l 設(shè)備主體部分及與物料接觸部分材料為食品級(jí)不銹鋼，其余為普通不銹鋼；

l 設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)為日本三菱PLC . 

 

1. Main features:

 

l Automatic finish weight, bag-making, filling, sealing, cutting, counting, lot number and so on；

l Automatic optimization match with all the program, this system can alternate the length of bag , thus it is easy and precise；

l It has color system controller, so can get the complete trade mark design；

l The length of bag and bag packing speed can be alternated by chain-gear stepless speed various without change spare part；

l Unique in-laidembedded mouth sealing, enhanced hot sealing mechanism;

l Intelligent temperature control by temperature controller, featuring fine heat balance, fine packaging performance, low noise, clear sealing texture and strong sealing performance;

l The main parts of the machine and contacted material steel is food type stainless , other is common stainless ;

l The machine is back seal sealing ;

l The configuration of the machine is a set of measure glass , reel and bag making mold . 

l Control system  is Mitsubishi PLC from Japan . 

 

 

2. 適用范圍:

 

適用于食品、醫(yī)藥、化工產(chǎn)品中圓狀和球狀物料的全自動(dòng)包裝，如：糖衣片、素片、朱古力豆、膠囊等。

 

2. Scope of application :

 

This machine is suitable for the full automatic packaging for round and ball materials of foods , medicine , chemicals and pesticides; such as sugarcoated tablets , normal tablets , chocolate beans and capsule etc. 

 

3.全自動(dòng)特點(diǎn)：

 

無(wú)極調(diào)速：包裝速度在一定范圍內(nèi)可以無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)整，達(dá)到與制袋、充填、封合、切斷環(huán)節(jié) 匹配，使包裝過(guò)程穩(wěn)定可靠。

袋長(zhǎng)可在額定范圍內(nèi)任意設(shè)定，步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，拉袋穩(wěn)定可靠，速度可選定。

在包裝膜有色標(biāo)定位標(biāo)志時(shí)，制袋過(guò)程可實(shí)現(xiàn)光電自動(dòng)檢測(cè)、定位、封合、切斷，保證了制袋圖案完整。

具有自診斷、故障提示功能。

溫度控制用高精度的PID調(diào)節(jié)，具有 的熱封合穩(wěn)定性，保證了對(duì)不同材料的封合質(zhì)量。

操作維修方便：間歇式結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，易于操作和維修。

通用性強(qiáng)：通過(guò)更換不同的充填頭便可達(dá)到一機(jī)多用的目的。

自動(dòng)打印產(chǎn)品批號(hào)，可加易撕口，便于使用。

全套采用優(yōu)質(zhì)器件，質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，噪音小，故障率低，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。

u 本機(jī)小巧獨(dú)特，外形美觀，所有與物料接觸的器件均由不銹鋼和 耐腐塑料制成，符合食品和醫(yī)藥包裝的要求（即GMP要求）。特別適用于食品、醫(yī)藥及化工等行業(yè)。

 

3. The features of full-automatic：

 

u Speed Limitless: Packing speed shall be limitless arranged in some extend , which can best match the steps of making bag/fulfilling/sealing and cutting . 

u The bag length can be set free at some specific range , using the “Bujin” Motor , making bags stable and the speed can be controlled . 

u The process of bag-made can reach self-automatic inspecting/location/sealing and cutting when there are the signs of color locating in packing films . 

u Equipment itself has the function of self-diagnosing and error-pointing . 

u Controlling temperature by high exact PID , which ensure the sealing quality of different packing film material and will be in more stable of hot sealing . 

u Conveniently operate and repair , because of its intermittent simple structure . 

u Automatically print production lot No. , and adding the easy-tear type convenient . 

u Using the superior steel parts , quality to be stable , noise to be bitter , error rate to be low and service life to be long . 

u Good appearance , smart and unique , the steel of contacting material is stainless steel or poisonousless and corrosion resistance plastic , which reaches the packing requirement of food and medicine ( say GMP ) , especially available in the industries  of food , medicine .
