PE管適應(yīng)壓力、溫度范圍
PE管材公稱壓力為0.4MPa-2.0MPa
適用工作溫度不超過45℃，低溫脆化點為-70℃。
文遠(yuǎn)PE管的焊接方式：
1.切削：將焊接管段端面雜質(zhì)和氧化層切削掉，確保端面平整、光潔。
2.對中：將焊接管端面完全對中，錯邊不能超過壁厚的10%。
3.加熱：加熱板溫度在200℃-210℃，切忌溫度過高。
4.熔融對接：應(yīng)始終處于熔融壓力下進(jìn)行，卷邊高度以2-4mm為宜。
5.冷卻：保壓不變，讓接口慢冷卻。
